Chris Coiner, Owner
With nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris has dedicated his career to building high-quality homes defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail. Over the course of his career, Chris has successfully built and renovated more than 250 homes, helping families bring their vision to life and creating spaces designed to last for generations.
Chris began his career in the production home building sector, where he developed a strong foundation in efficiency, process management, and large-scale project execution. He later transitioned into the luxury custom home market, refining his focus on elevated design, superior craftsmanship, and highly personalized client experiences. This combination of production expertise and custom detail allows him to deliver homes that are both thoughtfully designed and expertly executed.
Chris believes building a home is more than just a project—it’s a partnership. He works closely with homeowners throughout every stage of the process, ensuring clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a seamless building experience from start to finish.
Brett Cline, Architect
With over 10 years of experience in architecture and residential design, Brett has built a career focused on thoughtful design, technical precision, and delivering homes that are both functional and enduring. As a licensed architect in Virginia and South Carolina, Brett brings a strong understanding of regional building practices and regulatory requirements, allowing him to guide projects efficiently from initial concept through final construction.
Brett earned his undergraduate degree in Architecture from Clemson University and went on to complete his graduate studies at Virginia Tech. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with homeowners to translate ideas into well-crafted spaces that reflect each client’s vision. In addition to his design work, Brett also takes an active role in construction management, overseeing the building process to ensure that each project is executed according to the design intent. His experience in both architectural design and project management allows him to balance creativity, practicality, and attention to detail while guiding projects smoothly from concept to completion.
